The self-taught Nicaraguan painter is also a builder, storyteller, and a force for change. His work extends beyond the canvas, bringing color, life, and purpose to communities in need. From large-scale commissioned murals that give spaces a voice, to building playgrounds, libraries, shelters, and water towers literally serving thousands of people throughout the globe, his art is action.
Jonatan is painting a massive mural in the heart of downtown Bloomington celebrating Indiana University's National Football Championship. Over 50 feet wide and approximately 20 feet tall, one of the largest public murals in the city's history.
The mural will carry the IAP Foundation mark, connecting public art directly to humanitarian impact.
